The restaurant has a wine cellar that extends over two floors. It is around 30 metres long and provides the ideal environment for the conservation of the splendid wines that are stored there.
The wines are mostly Piedmontese however; there are also great wines from other Italian regions and other wine producing countries. The cellar features 1000 different labels with a total of about 20,000 bottles.
